职场英语的作文篇一

after i interviewed harrison, i realized that the life of an ice cream taster isn’t all cookies ’n cream 一 a flavor that* he invented, by the way. no, it’s extremely hard work, which requires discipline and selflessness.

for one thing，he doesn’t swallow on the job. like a coffee taster, harrison spits. using a gold spoon to avoid “off’ flavors, he takes a small bite and moves it around in his mouth to introduce it to all 9,000 or so taste buds. 2 then he breathes in gently to bring the aroma up through the back of his nose. each step helps harrison evaluate whether the ice cream has a good balance of dairy, sweetness, and added ingredients 一 the three-flavor components of ice cream. then, even if the ice cream tastes heavenly, he puts it into a trash can. a full stomach makes it, impossible to judge the quality of the flavors.

during the workweek, harrison told me that he has to make other sacrifices, too: no onions, garlic, or spicy food, and no caffeine. caffeine will block the taste buds, he says, so his breakfast is a cup of herbal tea. 3

harrison’s family has been in the ice cream business in one way or another1 for four generations, so harrison has spent his entire life with it2. however, he has never lost his love for its cold, creamy sweetness. 4 on these occasions3，he does swallow, and he eats about a quart ( liters) each week. by comparison4, the average person in the united states eats quarts (21. 96 liters) of ice cream and other frozen dairy products each year.

edy，s ice cream is available in dozens of flavors. so what flavor does the best-trained ice-cream taster in the country prefer? vanilla! in fact, vanilla is the best-selling variety in the united states.

职场英语的作文篇三

workplace stress a lot of people complain about workplace stress. what can employers do to reduce stress? what can employees do? by referring to your own experience to express your opinion, you should at least write down your opinion that you should use your own knowledge and experience, and support your argument with examples and related examples. job stress is a common problem for many people now, which can lead to employee depression leads to low work efficiency.

to solve this problem requires the efforts of both employers and employees. i think, i think, is the main source of stress. a qualified employer should reasonably arrange the work and allocate too much work to frustrate the employees.

my first boss was a workaholic. he always asked us to work overtime. like other employees, i couldnt stand the pressure and quit to improve work efficiency.

employers should give employees enough time for entertainment and rest, and so on i think this kind of pressure comes from the so-called office politics, not the work itself. as the organizer and manager of the workplace, employers have the responsibility to create a harmonious and friendly working environment. a qualified employer should be good at stimulating the competitive spirit of employees, rather than envy my current boss.

i admire him very much. he never believes in any slanderous words pile up like a mountain hand. he always makes wise judgement on some disputes.

he has won the trust of employees and reduced the pressure of employees. for employees themselves, they need to adjust their emotions ahead of schedule in work plans. this is a good way to relieve the pressure from work.

i always make a plan at the beginning of each month. in addition, the harmonious relationship with colleagues helps me to forget the stress and concentrate on my work. efficient work results from good physical and mental health.

both employers and employees should cooperate to reduce the stress in the workplace.

此外，与同事的和谐关系有助于我忘记压力，集中精力我的工作高效的工作源于良好的身心健康雇主和员工都应该合作以减轻工作场所的压力。
